BOARD MEMBER - Donna Lewis

Donna Lewis is a board member for the San Diego Brain Injury Foundation and currently holds the position of Secretary. Donna is the mother of a 36 year old son, James, who suffers from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) caused from an auto accident in April of 2002.
Through her association with this organization, Donna has met numerous people with family members who suffer from a traumatic brain injury. They share the same interests in trying to find the means to provide group homes for people with brain injuries who have the desire to live independently.
She has an extensive background in business, business law, contracts and business management through her 25 years of retail and real estate experience.
Donna Lewis is co-founder of the non profit organization Freedom House, Living Independently with ABI. She currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer for the organization. She also works full time for a non-profit organization in Lakeside, CA.
